Panama Free Zones Fiscal Incentives

Any activity, operation, transaction, imports of equipment and materials or services required for its operations, shall be exempt from all direct and indirect taxes, fees, duties and levies.

• Tax relief of the operation license. • Exports and overseas operations and among Companies established within the Zones are income tax exempted. • Dividend tax to 5%, regardless of the source. • Annual tax over the capital of the company, is (1%) with a maximum of US$50,000.00.
